My Bob Jackson- need advice

If you send the serial number to BOB JACKSON in Leeds, they can indicate when the frame was fabricated.

Bob Jackson frames don't have the demand that they probably should ...

FWIW. Most of the components appear to be rather average -- it's hard to be sure based on the pictures you included -- Weinmann brake levers & calipers, probably SunTour derailleurs & crankset ... possibly a Campagnolo seatpost + pedals & shift levers which were probably carried over from a previous frameset, unknown handlebars & stem, unknown wheelset ...

Allowing that the frame has a minimum value of $200+ (easily, $400+ for the right buyer), I reckon that the bike should have a value of between $350-to-$400 ...

That is, if the seat post & pedals are Campagnolo, then they are probably worth as much as the rest of the components on the bike.

Thanks for the info 🙂 I found out the bike was made in 1979. I put it on Ebay but people seem to think im crazy for the $400 part. I really just wish the frame wasnt so big because i really love the bike!!!!!

I am 6'2". Depending on where you live/shipping costs, I may be interested in buying the frame from you then you can swap all the parts onto the proper size frame.

It's more likely from the '70s maybe even the '60's- too bad I' not tall enough for it !

$400 easy, lots o crazzy collcetors out there

$350 ,i think.cuz nowadays ,a new bike is also very cheap.
