Need Nishiki road bike help

I just picked up a Nishiki International road bike. It's an old 10-speed but I'm not sure how old. Anyway, I am looking for some parts, specifically a chainring (3 bolts). Anyone know where I could find parts for this bike?

I emailed Sheldon Brown and he did not have a chainring that would fit my Nishiki International. He suggested that I replace the entire crankset. Someone at work suggested I try a couple of local thrift stores and get a crankset that way. The second one I went to had a bike with the exact chainwheel that I was looking for! I paid two bucks for the bike, took it home and transplanted the chainwheel. My Nishiki went from a 54-49 to a 54-40 and is riding great!
