Need to hire a Tandem for 4th June

Hi guys

Got a weird question here. I need to hire a tandem bike for 4th June, as I am taking a visually impaired person of a special private tour of London. But believe it or not. I can not get one anywhere. Does anyone know of someone, who might want to rent their tandem out. We are willing to pay the going rate and leave a deposit. Any help / suggestions would be appreciated.
