  1. Jean's New Book NOW Available! at: www.LoseweightandBurnfat.com

The Nutritional, Mental & Fitness Answers You've Been Searching for!

    What's Next?

Are you tired of weight loss programs and products that promise
unbelievable results? Are you tired of spending hundreds of dollars on
nutritional supplements and miracle pills? Are you happy with what you
see in the mirror everyday? Do you like your body?

In this book you will learn and discover how to control your weight,
look good, and feel good. There are so many miracle diets every year.
Nearly every time I turn on the TV I see new diet pills, new
techniques, new machines, etc for losing weight and burning fat. I have
decided to write this book because I'm tired of seeing people being
ripped off by all these new fads.

My questions to you are these: How come, with all the miracle diets,
new machines, diet pills, etc, people are more overweight now than ever
before? How come most American families own a fitness machine of some
sort (abs, bench, etc) and have tried a variety of different diets, yet
are still overweight? The truth is so easy, healthy steps - repeated
everyday for a period of time - will change your body forever. You
have to remember that nobody else is responsible for you being
overweight, you are. Stop blaming the kids, the lack of time, the
environment, or whatever else you can think of and realize that, when
you eat junk food it is a decision made by you and you alone.

This book will teach you the basic steps that will help you to burn fat
and lose excess weight that you've gained without having to spend
hundreds and sometime thousands of dollars on the latest fads. People
invariably take more time to prepare a cocktail, vacation, a party,
etc, than they do a healthy lifestyle.

  2. This is worse than that guy Remo Rosati who used to post stupid stuff
here to get his tagline out there. Time for a DNS on

  3. On that note:

I just ate a big chicken burrito from the local mexican resturaunt
with lots of sour cream on it. Rice and refried beans. So much food
that I'm a little uncomfortable. And now I'm going to have a Peanut
Buster Parfait from the Dairy Queen.

And by morning I'll take a big [censored] and still only weigh #150.

Not because of any stupid book. Just from the common knowledge that if
you take the largest muscle groups and work them at the high end of
the aerobic state over a long period of time you will burn more fat
than doing anything else. Cycling does that. There, a whole book
wasted to say what I just said in once sentence. I hope the few
dollars you make are worth the millions of trees you've killed to say
somthing that could have gone out in a mass e-mail.

Thank goodness I have on elastic waistband shorts. This is gonna hurt.

    It's all in the suffering,

Oh, and I did suffer until after midnight. I'm not sure it was really
that good of an idea. Maybe the chips and salsa were coup de grace.

Even moreso if he emphasized quality over quantity.

But, as I've said before, for some people, quantity *is* quality.

Yeah, we know - and it's all Bush's fault.

Dave attached an mp3 of the event, which I remember to be
a pretty accurate depiction. But that gets it filtered out
    by google.

Hey, you're kinda like Lafferty. Instead of turning everything into
"Armstrong does drugs" you can turn it into "Bush isn't an idiot".

Good luck to both of you.

I'm not 100% sure it was chicken. I notice there are not cats around
    their dumpsters anymore.

    Taste's like chicken.

But maybe that's why that dog tried to eat my ass yesterday morning.
Maybe I was sweating out cat smell. 30 mph and his nails were still
clicking on the road behind me.
