Can't comment on the wheelset. Never tried them. As for what you should put on your bike, that is a personal matter. Think about what you want to do with the bike. Also, before anyone can give you good advice, it helps to know what kind of bike you are upgrading.

I understand that those ultra low spoke wheels aren't stiff laterally. They are designed for TT but aren't good for general riding.

Very specialized application (TTs and Tris) , plus you can't ever true those up.

I don't recommend those wheels for you.

Those wheels you are looking at are tubular ("tubi's" for short). Briefly, tubular's are wheels that have tires without innertubes and these tires glue straight onto the rims. Wheels that typically come with bikes are called clinchers--which have separate innertubes and tires. There is no tubi/clincher crossover, no no wheel can be both. Tubi's are a hassle to deal with and if you get a flat, you pretty much have to buy a while new tire as opposed to replace the innertube. Plus, getting a flat on a ride means you have a carry a whole spare tire with you and ride with it home unglued. Tubi's are more expensive, etc. Tubi's are run mostly by people who have personal mechanics to deal with gluing them (such as pro's), or simply are willing to put up with the downside for the slightly nicer ride quality, etc., such old schoolers.
Addtionally, those spinergy's are nine speed in the rear, which have a rear spacing of 130mm. Your bike looks to be 5 or 6 or 7 speed in the rear, which will have a different rear spacing (between 120 and 127, I believe, but could be mistaken). You'd have to re-space your frame, which can be done if it is steel. But it would be a hassle.

also my curent group set is a shimano tourney what would be the appropreate upgrade, i did go to my local lbs but there not to good on costumer service, so im turning to you guys on helping me😄
