It's been like that for a few weeks. I hadn't checked it in eons and
came across it two weeks ago.

He's redoing the website and moving it to a different host to save
money. But, it will most likely take a few weeks more.

I archived the tips section over a year ago just in case the site ever
went down. I can put it up on my site if necessary.

I too wonder what happened to the "relaunch". It's only the front page
that's been shut down, the rest of the pages of the site (such as the
'tips & techniques' (http://www.muniac.com/tips.htm)) can still be
accessed directly, one you know the URLs from the saved copy that Leo
pointed us to.

I still look at this frequently to get some tips & techniques, the only
problem is the pink background of that page makes me colour blind for a
few moments...
