Great choice - i ride a KG486 as well. I run Durace with Mavic Kysrium SL's for most my riding/training. I went from an aluminium frame (carbon forks) which was very heavy but really stiff to this full carbon machine - i love it and the ride quality is fantastic IMO. It has saved my lower back greatly as it's nowhere near as harsh as the al frame.
The frame is quite aero (rear wheel cut-outs, etc) but really stiff through the bottom bracket - have a look how much material they've used down there! Most other manufacturers are following suit nowdays (eg Trek, Cervelo, Giant..). I haven't noticed any real frame flex or sloppiness under hard acceleration/sprints, but i'm quite light (152lbs). The frame itself is not uber light in comparison to Giant's, Treks, etc so may not climb as well but given i'm not heavy, i haven't had much problems with hills. It's pro-peleton proven so will be fine for mere mortals such as ourselves
You won't be disappointed with this choice😄 It also looks awesome:p
