NSVs

I just love clothing NSVs. As for eating out over the holidays, I bet you find yourself making good
choices or at least better choices than you would a year ago. Enjoy yourself but try and eat healthy
and you'll be okay. Have a good time.

That's wonderful about the clothes! When you are going out you must prepare yourself. Tell yourself
is it worth gaining to "enjoy yourself" for the fleeting moment? Or can I work my points so I'm not
cheating on myself.

Wow, do I ever love to hear about clothing NSV's ;-D Now when you go home, try to wear that 14 black
mini skirt as much as you can, because it will help remind you that you don't want to gain, & just
