  1. I was up 0.6kg (1.3lbs) this week, after not weighing in the week before. I'm still under WW goal,
which is good, but going the wrong way to get to my personal goal! I can attribute the gain to a
number of factors. The last time I weighed in I didn't wear shoes - this time I did. I know the shoe
weight doesn't account for the whole gain, but it isn't insignificant.

The other thing that contributed was that I was away from home the week before last in a hotel that
didn't have a kitchen. Eating out every day does not do good things for the weight loss! I'm home
this week and for the forseeable future, so I've got no excuses not to be OP. I've gotten back to
tracking properly too, which can only be a good thing.

I managed to exercise four times last week, which is what I aim to do. It's nice to be back home
walking along the familiar routes 🙂

sure ;-) Even if there was a slight gain, you did very very well! Congratulations, Julie. Elaine K

  3. Considering the travel AND the shoes, I'd say a .6k gain is nothing to be concerned about. You're
back to your regular routines, which can only mean good things.

  4. the best part of this post is that you examined things and were able to see
where the gain came from. This is a major NSV to me as it means you will be
able to keep your weight in control by being aware of what is going on
without freaking at a gain, good luck this week, Lee

  7. Years back when I was going to WW in the 80's I weighed in one week wearing a jumpsuit and a large
black leather belt (it was the fashion then y'know). I was disappointed that I either hadn't lost or
hadn't lost much when the weigher suggested that I take off the belt. Turned out that the leather
    belt weighed a whole pound!

being Under goal. How much is optional.

  18. Clothes are not insignificant. I weigh myself in the morning naked at
71.7kg. That goes up to 73.2kg after breakfast and clothes. My home scales weigh almost exactly the
same as the WW scales. I wish I could take off everything for my official weighin!
