Offensive new members

One of the advantages of this newsgroup (as opposed to some
newfangled forum thingy ;-)) is that killfiling is easy.

It's just as easy to set those users to be ignored and not
shown to you on the web based forums.

In any case, I have banned this person which was posting
under the names TheOrignalClart and Grogboy and made it
where he can't post from his accounts (if he did end up to
get past the ban). I have also deleted all posts by both
these usernames.

Yeah, I see your point.

Klaas, sorry if my post was too analytical and cold. I
really enjoyed yours - that koala joke is a favorite of
mine.

For what it's worth, if my understanding of Dutch was even
0.01% of Klaas's skill with English I would be quite happy.
Saddly, whenever I visit the Netherlands and try to speak
Dutch the locals just wince and insist we speak English.
It's not an easy language for Americans to pronounce.

Turabian. American yes, but they work for me. 😉

The point that punctuation, capitalization, etc, can make
the difference between clarity or lack thereof, and whether
or not the reader wishes to be bothered to decifer the text,

It's doubtful that I'll get the chance this year, but if I
do I'll definately try to make the trip.

Thanks for the advice on counting to 10. Would she mind if I
did it in broken English? Oen, twoe, dree, fier, vive, zes,

bad. I can count to ten:

een, twee, drie, vier, vijf, zes, zeven, acht, negen, tien!

And I can mangle a few critical phrases:

It wasn't about unicycling, I clicked on it coz i thought
that it was a joke or something, and it came up with links
that were obviously not unicycle related by names of the
websites, I mean, it could be possible that these websites
contained unicycles, but I doubt that any sane unicyclist
would have the domain name containing that kind of language.
Anyway, Gilby deleted it, so it's all good!!!

Thanks. Eenwieler has a neat sound.

I speak German which is probably why I'n shy about speaking
Dutch. What native speaker wants to hear their language
