We were _supposed_ to be in Tucson tonight. Instead, we spent four
hours in the airport, got my flight cancelled, and came home. The
hardtails are already there, waiting for us, sad and forlorn.
Sniff.

How long are you there and are you riding in
Sedona/Phoenix while you're there?
I know a certain tall fellow who will be in those
areas this weekend and maybe next week.
I'm heading down Saturday morning, assuming that
the roads between here and there stay open.

We're leaving on the fifteenth. Hadn't planned on getting as far north
as Sedona, but it sounds like there is a basis for some conversation
here. We're fully equipped to camp.

Any experience more south towards organ pipe national monument, trail-wise?

Haven't been down quite that far in many a moon. My understanding is
that OPNM is really beat these days, owing to the continual battle
between border jumpers and the INS playing out in the area desert.
You might want to have a look at http://www.sdmb.org, which has lots of
good trail info. There's some really primo riding down here.
Now pardon me, I have to go ride.

I'll be in Sedona for a week (19 Feb). Any of you guys going to be around
then?
Shipping my bike to MBH and it'd be nice to hook up with some people who
might
actually know their way around (both the trails and a good brew). It'd be
nice to
finally meet the tall one and some of you other fanatics.
