Best prices I've found for high end tires (e.g., Michelin Pro Race) is at
http://www.biketiresdirect.com

Not sure about return policy...I can't imagine why you'd want to return a
tire, or why the vendor would permit it. Regardless, they ship fast, they
don't charge state sales tax (they're out of Oregon), and their prices are
excellent.

According to their website TiresDirect offers a 60 day hazard warranty
for $5 per order.

One place to avoid is Colorado Cyclist. I've had a terrible time with
them and concluded they do not stand behind what they sell.
