That is a truly strange question - I hope it leads to criminal damage
charges against the overgrown toddlers who widdle all over our town

It would depend on the diet of the urinator. The urine of those who eat
excess protein is alkaline, with ammonia among the breakdown products.
Ammonia is thought suitable for use in window cleaning products. A diet
high in vegetables leads to acid urine which is better for you in a
number of ways, but could theoretically dissolve limestone and mortar.
I have seen metal structures seriously corroded by decades of human
urine.
The inhabitants of uk.d-i-y would love to discuss this subject, and they
really do know a lot about an amazing variety of things.
While we're OT, a work colleague who's a magistrate in Oxford had the
privilege of committing the new holder of the UK car speeding record -
179mph on a dual carriageway.
He collected a Porsche toy for the dealer he worked for, asked the boss
if he could take it for a spin, the boss said "No" so he TWOCced it.
Allegedly, of course: he didn't plead.
He was flagged down by a plod stepping into the road in front of him (!)
and it took him 600 yards to even stop.

It's obvious a lot of them would fail so that'd solve the congestion problem too.
