As a veteran of two shoulder operations (second one for a badly torn rotator cuff), I can only say:
good luck!
The recovery is a [censored] (as opposed to eye candy 🙂 -- but gets better pretty rapidly. If you'll
only be sidelined a month (obviously arthroscopic, yes?), you're ahead of the game. I was supposed
to wait three months for the last, more serious one, but rode six weeks to the day after surgery.
(Probably a stupid thing to do, but...)
