As I sit at my computer this morning I am trying to anticipate what my weight will be tomorrow,
after a difficult week! When what should I hear from the outdoors but a sweet piping bird singing
away, as if to say, "Hang in there friend spring is almost here." "See the snow starting to melt,
hear me, hear me, it is warming up." I compare that optimism to my dreaded weigh in. It makes me
realize, don't fret, next week is almost here and I can start fresh. Don't worry! Focus! So I am
here to tell you what ever the scale brings tomorrow, I won't let it effect what I do today or the
day after tomorrow. I will plug along doing the things I know I must do. Especially the exercise
which I am heading out to do in a little while. Have a great day everyone and congrats to all for
hanging in there. Bird need to lose 45#

What a beautiful post, Bird. The birds are not out here singing yet ( although we had the warmest
3rd February ever in Belgium - 15° C or 59 F when it should be freezing!!!) but when they will I
will be thinking of you and this post.

Congrats on the positive attitude! Sometimes I wish we didn't have to weigh in - the scale is not
always our friend...LOL I'm weighing in today too - so I'm raising a glass of water in your
direction - here's to a good day for both of us!Lynne
