It's not wanting to work. Keeps running into "unknown errors" and
quitting. I'm getting quite a bit of fragmentation and it's slowing the
computer down.
I need to fix it. Now.
What is the best defragging software for Mac Os-X???
First off, Any's suggestion that you back up your hard drive should
be taken seriously, and that goes for Windows and other OS users too.
That goes for ANYone! ;-)

What makes you think you need to defragment your hard drive? Disk
fragmentation is very unusual under Mac OS X. If you are having a
Norton reports "severe fragmentation".

OS X by far is Alsoft's DiskWarrior, but make sure you are using the
latest version, even if you buy a new copy today. You can visit the web
site at http://www.alsoft.com for information on DiskWarrior. You can
buy Disk Warrior at any store that sells Mac software.
THANK YOU!

For any additional questions on Mac stuff, I suggest you subscribe to
the comp.sys.mac.apps newsgroup.
Yeah, I probably really ought to join a mac list,
but they are not always all that freindly to computer dilettants like
me. :-(
Cheers!
