I agree. I don't know what Mars has to offer, but the money or at least some of it could be better spent here on Earth.

Huckabee is part of "Plan 9 from Outer Space".
"Mars Needs Women"?
I'd support Huckabee if he promised to be in the first expedition. I'd support just about *anybody* who promised to put Huckabee on that ship, for that matter.

That might be a disadvantage if he ends up running against Kucinich, towards whom the space aliens seem better disposed. Well, that assumes that illegal space aliens can find a way to flood the polls and subvert the course of democracy. Pods for Kucinich!

Hmmm...interesting direction... GWB is barely smart enough to tie his own shoelaces, but he gets elected President - twice... GWB wants to go to Mars... GWB tries to push a plan through Congress to allow illegal *aliens* to stay here... it's all starting to add up.

This election cycle is out of this world.
When Edwards is the least bad of the potentially electable candidates...

Both elections were stolen by Repugnicans (sic). Of course, from their behavior, one would think the Dimocrats (sic) wanted to lose. Marching orders from the real powers that be?

I'd like to think the Dems were actually doing something intentionally, but I think it's a clear case of absolute incompetence and a total inability to understand reality.
Of course, that about sums up the guy who did get elected, GWB, so you gotta wonder :-)

Do you realize just how much of a dimbulb the Incredible Huck really is? His major claim to fame during his tenure as governor was to stop stuffing his face and lose 100lbs. I'm serious.....

With Huck aboard, the ship would never make it back.
Hmm. Okay, so I'd vote for anyone who would send Huck *solo*.
