It's a pain. I'm not impressed to be honest, I had a pair of
RC35s for the last 9 years and they were fine in all
conditions and only needed stripping everything 6 months.

Got some new RC36s last summer and in the summer they were
fine. Over the winter though they been pretty poor. When
riding in muddy conditions they will gradually get worse
(over a period of say 50 miles) and eventually seize. Pace
acknowledge that the seals aren't stunningly good in muddy
water conditions and the only solution is to regularly strip
and grease them.

Might be sending them back. Not fit for purpose
springs to mind.

Very expensive indeed but......... If you can't find out
what it actually is then buy it anyway. It is by far the
best greese I've ever used in any fork and well worth using.
I was most amazed when I put it in a pair of internally
modified RST Mozo Pro's, they ended up fealing as smooth as
Pace forks!!!.......Great stuff.

what it actually is then buy it anyway. It is by far the
best greese I've ever used in any fork and well worth

You can buy it in big tubs for not a lot more than the small
ones. Only seen them in Ribble though.

The tub I have is probably about a litre, is that a big one
or small one?

Oh yeah, I know it's good. I've been using it for the last 8
years in my RC35 forks. It's just getting a bit expensive
with the new RC36s.

Can you? I've only been able to get it in 250g tubs.

Probably about the size of my tub - cost me £12 IIRC.
