Padded Y-Fronts

Both the above are based upon extensive research amongst cycling and non-cycling female friends.
Personal experience leads me to think that this, combined with the comfort factor of cycling
shorts, means that cycle shorts are the way to go.

As a female, I have to agree with your findings. Indeed, Saturday evening at the Velodrome, sat in
the front row by the start/finish line, where many a Lycra clad male cyclist's bottom was only
inches from my eyes, as they lined up along the track wall ready for the start of races, I carried
out some important scientific research, to ascertain the attractiveness of male cyclists' Lycra clad
bottoms. The results were conclusive. Pert, muscular, curvy... PHWOAR!!! All in the name of science
you understand ;-)

Avoid the misery of Groinal Frostnip when winter riding. Get the temporary pad down the front of the
Y fronts or lycra.

A piece of fleece, even better if its windproof. Dont worry about the embarrassing bulge, your
'friends' are more important to you than ridicule. Mike
