(I apologize if my original post made it up and this is a duplicate. I can't find my original post so I'm giving it up for lost.)
I'm looking to make a moist, light, sweet biscuit with fruit in it (in this case, peach chunks). I have a box of Bisquick and I could go biscuit, shortcake or scone in the batter mix. I'm planning to blend in the peach chunks and bake them with the fruit mixed in.
Question is: what kind of batter would you guys recommend for this application? I'd like the resulting biscuit to be a little bit sweet, light (not as dense as a regular scone), and not require any butter or jam.

Thanks for your concern, but I feel pretty safe on my Mac. I can't do my work on it, but it works just fine for newsgroup reading.

While I freely admit being a pain in the [censored], I take objection to the suggestion that I post virii. 'Tis not so.
