I thought I was high because of the ride but then they told me: Because of the high barometric
pressure it has approximately 8% more oxygen than at sea level. it makes breathing easier.

From what I understand you also get less exposure to UV.

Thanks. If I ever get to Jordan, Petra will be one of my top priorities for visiting to. Its a few
hours drive away from my home in Israel.
