I am looking for suggestions on what to use for pinpoint lubrication.
I want to get lube on derailleur pivot points, without spraying the entire derailleur. Same goes for the chain.
What do you use?

I reuse my doping syringes. After a good hit of EPO or anabolics, the syringe, after a good rinsing, makes a great applicator of lubricant. Just remember to never reuse it for injections!
Just kidding...but there are such lubricators available, only they have no sharp points! Look at specialty hardware shops like mcmaster or small parts.
Might check out a feed store, get a syringe for cattle!
Watch makers and repair shop use these. Try ebay there is a whole section clocks. Thats a good idea I may try that myself.
If you buy a good telfon based lubricant, eg. Tri-Flow, it should come with a length of thin diameter plastic pipe taped to the side of the container....insert this into the nozzle and bingo!

When I visited the sporting goods store a few months ago, I picked up a goofy little gadget called a "worm blower" for $0.99. You're supposed to use it to blow air into your worms before you drown them attempting to catch fish while successfully avoiding spending time with your significant other.
I filled mine with Dumonde Tech and Dumonde Tech Lite instead. As a very small precision dispenser, it makes it very easy to get a single drop of lube into hard to reach pivot points and on to individual chain links.
I guess anything gimmicky to catch a fish will sell.
BINGO! I did a web search for Worm Blower, and found it at Bass Pro Shops onine. Thats exactly what I was looking for!
Thanks
