  1. O.K. I've been on WW for 4 days now. I have gone from 255 to 249 since Saturday. Intake of 30 pts
per day. However, this morning I weighed 249 which should drop my points to 28 per day. My
question is should I stick with my original 30 points for the rest of this week until my
"official" online weigh in next Monday or should I go ahead and drop to 28 points since I know
my weight is below the 250 limit (at least this morning. It will probably be slightly above
    tonight.) Thanks

You'll drive yourself crazy going day to day with the scale. Use your weekly weigh-ins for any
points changes. I found that Wed. was my 'low' day and I was usually 1lb higher on Sat. (my weigh-in
day) so I gave up weighing in daily and now jump on my home scale on Wed. only for a quick estimae
of how my week is going.

Welcome to WW and keep us informed of your progress!

  4. The WW program is not an exact science so there is no need to worry or precisely track the way to
change points. Some folks even step down one point for a few days before dropping the other point.
So you could do that now and then drop the other point later in the week. You are doing well.

Or as Chris mentioned, worry about your official WI day and just feel good if another unofficial WI
(weigh in) shows a good result.

  5. only change your points as you weigh weekly. Uses unofficial weight to
monitor progress but not to change points. Lee
