Question: what should I save up for/ buy

    - BC wheel
    - splined KH/Koxx freestyle/street uni
    - Torker TX(giraffe)
    - KH MUni
    - CF base
    - Save up
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

ok, I'm bored of waiting until my birthday and decided I'm going to try
to decide what would be worth getting. Here's what I thought:

BC wheel- really want one, probably

splined KH/Koxx freestyle uni- not really sure if it's worth it yet,
    maybe

KH freeride/XC- probably not, would lower my hop heights alot and I
    like doing technical MUni

torker TX- maybe, still not sure if it's worth it.

keep money for CF base- probably, it would suck if I broke my base.

  5. i dont know, i picked the splined KH/Koxx freestyle uni, but now i dont
    think u should get that.

Maybe a BC wheel or The Muni, just because u already have a KH trials
so why get a splined freestyle uni? Just slap a skinny tire on ur uni
and its a splined freestyle uni. The Muni is totally different than ur
trials and way better for Muni because its a Muni! You'd be able to get
alot farther than on ur trials.

The BC wheel is just plain fun and kewl.

    Giraffes get boring.

You won't need a CF seat for a long while since you are small and don't
    do anything big.

Munis are good, you can do very technical muni on a 24" (actually more
technical because you roll over bigger things.) It doesn't really
matter that it lowers your hop height because well you aren't using it
    for trials.

BC wheels are fun (I don't have much else to say about them.)

The splined freestyle uni is probably a waste of money for you because
I doubt that you will actually need the splined hub for anything (since
you are light and from what I can tell you probably don't do anything
    big yet).

So...I think you should choose between the BC and the muni and it
sounds like you don't want a muni, so get a BC...

    🙂

  7. Virtually everyone who does technical MUni uses a 24" setup; it will not
limit your ability, it will enhance it.

The cranks on the geared KHs aren't the normal kh cranks, I think they
are ISIS so you could use koxx or some bike cranks.

No. You probably weigh well under 100lb so you probably won't be
    bending any cranks.

  12. a bit of both. I probably wont get one though, cause it will coat like
$500 + for one and I'm not sure how much use I'll get out of it. I'll
    probably get the BC.

edit: I way 75 pounds and I'm proud of it!

  16. I voted for a muni, but that's only worth getting if you live near some
    good trails.

I also noticed that you said a KH muni, these are good but you don't
NEED one to muni, I've seen some pretty serious muni ridden by adults
on square taper Nimbus munis, and if you got one of those you would
have plenty of change for a BC too!
