Possible to counteract sensitivity to finasteride??

Well, if he knows the amount of solute in the tablet and he knows how
much solution he has it is a trivial matter to figure out molarity of
the solution and to figure out how many ml of wine he would need to
take to get a pretty small dosage.

My concern would be that if you have a pill there may be insoluble
parts of the pill that will leave you wondering if you, in fact,
dissolved all the finesteride.

To answer his original question, some people are very sensitive to
finesteride and will grow [censored] at record speed on it. I know of
nothing that will effectively counteract this.

I dissolved a 5mg tablet in 25ml of wine. So 5mg/25ml = 0.2mg/ml.
According to my dropper, 1ml came out to 10 drops. I took 2 drops to
give me 0.04mg, not 0.05mg as previously stated.

Hormones are certainly a possible explanation but it might be
neurological or inflammatory. You might consider some sort of
intolerance or allergic reaction to one of the fillers in the pill. It
contains both a food dye and potato starch. If it is this, then you
can't legally get an alternative formulation in the U.S. until it goes
off patent c. 2007. Dutasteride has a different composition and you can
wipe the food dye off the pill. Allergies can aggravate TMJ or cause
sleeping problems which might compress various nerves and produce the
feelings you describe.

On the other hand, your problem may stem from the effects of 5AR
inhibition on the GABAergic functioning of your peripheral nervous
system. If so, you'll still have the symptoms on saw palmetto and
dutasteride. You might also want to consider that the symptoms have
nothing to do with the pills. You could simply have a compressed
peripheral nerve or even a circulatory or respiratory problem.

You can get raw finasteride. It's a "research" product.
