I would have a cardiologist verify the right bundle branch block. Usually
faxing the ECG to a cardiologist will work for this.

Would suggest that you ask for a referral to see a cardiologist.

I went to a cardiologist today.He said I had an arrhythmic heart ,that it
was missing every other beat.He said that was what i was feeling in my
chest.
Echocardiogram on Friday and a stress test on the 23.
