Fever blisters are Herpes simplex type 1. You can also
have type 1 genitally. Genital herpes can also be herpes
simplex type 2.
How long have you had fever blisters? Is this the first time
you've ever had an outbreak?
If you are newly infected, then you could have possibly
transferred herpes to your genitals. However, this is not as
easy as it sounds.
If you've had fever blisters before, then I doubt you
transferred it to your genitals now. But if you are sick or
have immune system problems, then this could have happened.
The only way to find out what you've got going on down below
is to get to a doctor immediately and have it cultured.

Considering fever blisters are a type of herpes...im not
sure. And im scared. It does not burn or anything. Just
itches and is annoying. Is this herpes? or am i fine and
should stop worrying?
