I find it interesting that this case is being fed to the media via
press releases. I wonder if PA is going to try to get out in front of
this thing or lay low.

"Lee Michaels" <> Yeah, we can't expect any journalist to pass a chemistry
or logic course can we?

That is a promotional article written by the ambulance chasers (a press
release). It is another example of frivolous litigation. One more reason to
vote Republican.

True, Cheney did his best to take one out.

Watch the ambulance chaser campaign dollars and see to which side of
the aisle they gravitate.
I seem to recall that one ambulance chaser recently ran for Vice
President.

No [censored]. He was the worst kind, a class-action extortion-artist. Have you
ever gotten those Class-Action notices in the mail?
I have gotten several over the years, including back in the 1990s for the
Milli-Vanilli CD. How did anyone know I had bought it? I guess because I
used a credit card.
Anyhow, the lawyers got several million, and I got a coupon for a dollar off
Warner Brothers CDs that only applied under certain conditions.
What total [censored]. Usually those class-action lawsuits are nothing more
than a legal shake-down. The lawyers will announce a big settlement, but the
only thing guaranteed is their own payment. The members of the class
meanwhile have to jump 25 hoops to get a couple of bucks.
