Its not that simple. At your height you could have long legs short back, short back long legs, freaky arms, good/bad flexibilty, and your riding style and type of riding all have an influence.
If you don't know what suits you, go to a good shop with plenty of experience fitting bikes. Even go to a few different shops as different people have different ideas on the correct fit.
Don't let people tell you that you can slide the saddle back and forth to help fit a bit. You pedalling setup is by the biggest influence on performance. Get the right first, then fit to the handle bars. Changing the stem too much can effect handling and weight balance, which is more important on XC bikes, you can get away with it a little more on road bikes (let the debate begin!)

Go to a bike store and get measured and fitted. It will cost you less than 100 dollars and if you buy a bike they will refund your money. Most will even do it for free if they think you are serious about purchasing. Even if you spend the money a bike that is of correct size will be worth the investment.
