Whoa baby, color me impressed!!! May I be so bold as to ask
you how tall you are? You appear to be a giant (and a very
handsome one at that) among the rest of the folks in your
group picture. <grin> What a remarkable difference in those
photos. You look so much happier in the more recent photos,
as well as healthy and thin. Thanks for sharing, it is so

I'm 6`2". The other people in the photos are short. We went
with some friends, Steve and Linda (not in the photos).
Steve is even bigger than I was. We have been trying to
persuade him to lose weight, and he's started but only half
heartedly. He's doing it because Linda wants him to, not
because he's made the decision.

Yes I know. I have looked for more pictures, but they aren't

Well, 6'2" is tall in my book - regardless of who/what you
are surrounded by. <G> That's a tough one with your friend.
I found that I had the best success when I finally had the
desire to lose the weight. It doesn't seem to be something
that you can do for someone else, you've got to really want
it. At least, that's how I seem to work.
