made. Other posters here will steal those pics and claim they are
theirs. That goes against your rights as the copyright holder of the
image. BTW, the poster used my pic as a form of harassment and

but I suspect that the legal system won't do anything. The ding dong
who did this will claim that it's a joke, and you won't be able to prove
either malicious intent or monetary harm.

IMNSHO, if you get the images removed and the account cancelled, you've
sent a really serious message. If this is a person who's ISP has gotten
a lot of complaints, then your complaint might be the straw that breaks
the camel's back.

I'll keep you posted. As I said in several posts this is nothing to do
with monetary gain but it does have everything to do with copyright
infringement. So far, google has already removed the pics and offending
posts. I doubt the offender will have access to google as far as
posting rights for quite some time. Tinypics said they will remove all
my pics. I provided them with a list of my pics along with all
pertenant information. Whether the idiot claims it was a joke or not is
a moot point. The idiot will be looking for a new isp likely by the end
of the day and when I find out what that one is I will be sure to notify
that isp as to their new customer's track record. That way, the two
faced poster will know they are being watched and may think twice the
next time. I have google, tinypics, and the offender's isp backing me
up on this one so the new isp is going to get a real nice picture of
their new client.

Maybe it should be about the strange behaviour of coming into a room, claiming
to have done something and then offering a phoney picture as proof of what he
probably lied about. That's just too strange.

Amount Measure Ingredient Preparation Method
1/2 cup margarine or butter softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons water
1/2 cup margarine or butter
1 cup water
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs

Powdered Sugar Glaze

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons margarine or butter softened
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 water 1 -2 tablespoons

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut 1/2 cup margarine into 1 cup flour until
particles are size of small peas. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons water over
flour mixture; mix. Gather pastry into a ball; divide into halves. Pat
each half into rectangle, 12x3 inches, on ungreased cooking sheet.
Rectangles should be about 3 inches apart.

Heat 1/2 cup margarine and 1 cup water to rolling boil; remove from
heat. Quickly stir in almond extract and 1 cup flour. Stir vigorously
over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute; remove from
heat. Add eggs; beat until smooth and glossy. Spread half of the
topping over each rectangle. Bake until topping is crisp and brown,
about 1 hour; cool. (Topping will shrink and fall, forming the custardy
top. Spread with Powdered Sugar Glaze; sprinkle with nuts.

Powdered Sugar Glaze:
Mix first 3 ingredients; stir in water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until
glaze is of desired consistency.
