  1. Andrew, I'm somewhat concerned for you. Have you ever been evaluated for
seasonal mood disorder? Your recent downturn in affect and the macro
based replies suggest one who can only muster the energy to raise a single
finger to hit the macro key. Another keen observer who has demonstrated
great discerment has suggested other areas for which he is concerned also
in the emotional disorder area also. Ido hope the recent discovery that
your diet plan has major flaw areas doesn't turn out to have been the
trigger for all of this. But this would explain in part an overal pattern
of half measures and tasks and goals left unrealised. But we are here to
help with the diet, you have made a possible contribution in the health
goal flaw area and others more informed in the areas of energetics and
nutrition can increase their load during your time of need. This will be
our Christmas present to you. Now if all you can mannage are the canned
macro replies we will understand and continue the discussion on the diet
on your behalf. Hey, take care of yourself friend, take two aspirin and
call yourself in the morning, grin.

  2. "Sorry that my choice to not write more in response to what you write
    offends you.

    Hope this enlightens you."

Oh dear Andrew, please do heed my advice that one in a mood disorder phase
has a distorted sense of thefeedback they recieve from others, I'm
offended not in the least. In fact it is a bit flattering in that you
have turmed to me in this time of need, so please don't hesitate
regardless of the negative thoughts the distortions causes to emerge.
Have you considered talk thearpy, especially the one that allows a patient
to discern their own distorted thoughts and the downward spiral they cause
and empowers them to bootstrap themselves out of the spiral? If intrested
I can provide the information and will be happy to find a center in your
area where it is practiced, knowing how hard it would be to follow up
    during a downturn.

    You remain amusing.

Hope what I write continues to enlighten you.

  5. "You remain amusing."

Oh good, an effort even at that level is encouraging when considering how
hard it is for one during these times to do anything. Keep a firm upper
lip, hup hup and all that, just know we are here for you. I still liked
the take two aspirin and call yourself in the morning. I'm sure that
originates from some one line gag from a stand up comic, grin. Your
confiding in me on this problem is heartening, just so we keep those
    smiles coming.

  6. I fear that the prospect of having to reconsider the diet has placed
Andrew in a somewhat dicy position and it is best to table the revision
project until after the new year. Anyone can do research during that
thime but it is better to not engage publicly on the news groups until
certain factors are clarfied as to potential emotional impact that has
recently become apparant to a few posters based on interactions with
Andrew. So let's hold on and see what time heals.
