I sort of did the reverse of counting calories...I tried to keep them ABOVE
1400/day which I found difficult when I was only allowed 30g net carbs/day.
I started out close to my goal weight, so it was very slow going and I
found that if I went below 1400 calories/day, it slowed down even more.
Now I weigh 109 pounds and have to eat a minimum of 1700 calories/day and
65g net carbs or I continue to lose, which I no longer want to do.
