I know what Peter will answer to this same as anybody else who has
worked with these tools: Campagnolo.
There are a number of similar tools that are _almost_ as good, but
certainly nothing better.
Chris King doesn't make anything for bottom brackets. If they did, I'm
sure it would be worth considering. Chris King is in some ways the
"American Campagnolo."
