How should your recovery ride compare to the rest of your cycling? Should it be done only after extremely long rides, and what pace and distance should it be compared to the rest of your rides...
For reference I ride 4 days a week... Sat and Sun I ride at least 20 miles a day and Tues and Thurs I ride at least 10 miles a day...
