  1. Whats the point of using a power meter if Zwifts algorithms are just going to throw accuracy out the window? Its clear that their calibration process is a joke, and were all just supposed to swallow the errors and hope for the best. Meanwhile, their marketing team is out here touting precision and accuracy like theyre the ones who actually understand what those words mean.

    What I want to know is, why isnt anyone holding Zwifts feet to the fire on this? Its not like were asking for the moon here - a little accuracy would be nice, considering the money were all shelling out for these high-precision power meters.

    And dont even get me started on the elite cyclists who claim that Zwifts algorithms are good enough for their training. Are you kidding me? If youre a pro, you should be demanding better. The fact that youre not speaks volumes about the lack of real competition in this space.

    So heres the question: Whats the real reason Zwift isnt prioritizing accuracy in their power meter calibration? Is it because theyre just trying to rush out new features and dont care about the consequences? Or is it because they actually believe their algorithms are good enough, and were all just a bunch of whining amateurs who dont know what were talking about?

    And to those of you who are going to come in here and defend Zwifts honor, spare me the lecture about its just a virtual platform and its not meant to be taken seriously. Im not buying it. If Zwifts going to market themselves as a serious training tool, then they need to take the criticism seriously.
