Again, excellent service. We were basically lost trying to find Lenexa on
Friday even though we were there last year. We always seem to drive past
Lenexa! Of course the detour signs all up and down 635 and 35 don't help :)
But we were hungry and had to stop. John said "Oh, I've been to Zio's
before!" so we stopped there. (Turned out to be a totally different Zio's.)

The server, before even asking if we wanted anything heard us talking about
how to try to find 75th Street in Lenexa. He drew us a map on the back of a
ticket. Then he brought us water, a basket of bread with the olive oil and
pepper-blend thing, and my wine and John's tall beer.

I ordered the Artichoke Spinach Pasta. I was surprised to find grilled
chicken in the dish; it's not mentioned on the menu. John got the Chicken
Pomodoro over linguine.

Fantastic food but we had declined a salad so when he approached our table
within 15 minutes bearing two large bowls we both thought he was going to
another table. OMG. That's our order?! Picture a large salad bowl that
would serve 4-6 people. That's what each of our selections came in. No way
could we finish that! So when we asked for Go-Boxes the server (Chris)
didn't bring us a styrofoam container. He took our food back to the
kitchen, boxed it himself, wrote on each one which was which along with a
"thank you!" note. He also threw in an extra loaf of bread, wrapped in
foil, because we'd mentioned we'd be staying at a place with a full-size
fridge and stove-top, micro, etc. He made sure we understood his directions
from Strang Line road to get back on 35N to 75th when we left. When we got
to our hotel and brought everything inside I told John the bread was still
HOT!

Most excellent service and I recommend this place for food and service if
you are ever in Olathe, Kansas on Strang Line Road.
