  1. Been too long. Hope everybody is doing well. I personally feel
    GREAT!

Yes, yes, yes. SS, SS, SS. That's right not much has changed in my
ways. The ole SS is just as good as it was when I got it.

This was my first fall ride and I have been off the MTB for
practically the entire summer (due to other racing that I can't
mention here because Slackman hates when I do that. So out of respect
for my MTB brother I won't mention the 4 Triathlons and one 1/2 IM I
did this summer) What a feeling just knowing that I was going to hit
the trails in the early morning.

Yes, I have lights now. I love them, just a pair of 5 bulb LED
miniatures. Hey they do the trick but I wouldn't recommend them for
    full night riding.

I saw what I thought was a fox but it who know it could have been La
    Cuprachabra or something.

I got webbed continuously (Damn I HATE THAT!)

    I fell twice.

    I dabbed numerous times.

In short I had a blast!

I rode for about an hour before I had to call it quits and get ready
for work. It felt good to be back in the saddle.

    Peace,
    Bill

I'd thought of that, but what's the difference between that and the tri's
he's already doing? Unless he was referring to a trip to Kona.

    1/2 of an Ironman
1.2 mile swim, 56 mile ride, 13.1 mile run.

My other Tri's were Olympic and/or International distances (these are
    the most common.
1 mile swim, 25 or so ride. 6.2 run.

    A sprint is usually .75 mile swim, 18 - 19 mile ride, 3.1 run

IM 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile ride, 26.2 mile run. (on my list)

    Peace,
    Bill

That's where Lance started out, winning tri's. We've got several of these
half I-M's in the nw, but I've never gotten my swimming down well enough to
give it a shot. G-Man (weht?) was a tri-athlete before converting to the
    Wheeler Religion...😉
