I once found a web-site with a detailed explanation of various lacing
techniques. Not only three or four techniques to prevent heel slippage, fit
narrow feet or loosening high instep as on page
http://www.runnersworld.co.uk/news/article.asp?UAN=482 but much more. The
site was especially for functional lacing methods of running shoes, not for
decorative purposes as page
http://www.shoe-lacing.com/shoelace/lacingmethods.htm. There was for example
several techniques to modify toe-box size. Unfortunately I've lost my
bookmarks and can't find the page any more. It might have been even on some
manufacturers site.
Now I would desperately need those advices for a Marathon next Sunday on
Aland http://www.marathon.aland.fi/showpage.asp?lng=3&pageID=19. Has anybody
else bookmark for those shoe lacing pages?
