Tips on running in hot climate?
I am accustomed to running inside on a treadmill, air conditioned, clearn air.
But recently, I've been transferring some of my running to the city street.
And I am getting much less quality running done outside. Not to mention the
stops and starts of city streets (no, a park is not an option, nor a track
etc).
I suppose as winter approches, this problems will be better. But alas, any way
to beat these odds? Many thanks.
