Ok

Fair.
Quoted message said:Running differs from jogging in that jogging can be accomplished at a
speed at which the jogger could also walk (said speed, of course,
would vary from person to person).
Let's put this discussion to bed in a hurry. Running and jogging seems
to have some related speed notion. Unfortunately, once you try to
quantify it, it all falls apart. In essence trying to distinguish the
two ends up in a snob contest. If you fell you are a runner and do 20
min/mile then that's what you are. If you feel you are jogger at 6
min/mile then you are a jogger. The point obviously, you are what you
want to call yourself and what others think doesn't make a tinker's
damn.
I must admit it's been a quite few months since we have had the runner
vs. jogger discussion. Too many have been preoccupied in defining what
competitive means - another lesson in snobbism, and for once I won't
mention a certain persons name. 🙂
