Don't know about London shops, but Wiggle do Koolstop Salmons in
various guises.

machine made wheels? If you're spending 80 quid sort of money, then
you're into proper wheel territory. Eighty pounds won't buy top notch
components, but certainly a nice and longlasting wheelset. You could
choose your own modest hubs, rims and spokes to match your specific
needs, and have them made up by a proper wheelbuilder. Should end up
with a fine pair (Fnarr Fnarr).

I think I saw them at Condor cycles, Grays Inn Road? But you should
probably check with them. I normally get them from Wiggle.

I'd (mentally) settled on the Shimano set from SJS at £85.

Pair of: Sora hubs + MA3 rims + ACI spokes + postage = £73 from Parker
International, or £99 with Tiagra hubs and Open Pro rims (and Open Pros
are top notch).
