I made the 'peasant' Vanilla slice.............. and after a *HUGE* meal,
all the guests wanted it.

And *loved* it.

Maggie Beers Fig Vino Cotta was another huge hit for the afternoon.

doesn't appreciate it. SPAM is a great example of what is treated with
contempt in half the world, and gourmet in the other!

It was a *big* day!! The funny thing was, with all the salad dressing I put
out, only two were used. The SO went for her usual of Cranberry Vinegar,
and the rest latched onto my brand new bottle of Fig Vino Cotto!!

Left to right in the pic, it's Maggies plain Vino Cotto, a fat free Caesar,
Beerenberg Blue Cheese, Maggies Cabernet Table sauce, Maggies Fig Vino
Cotto, Strawberry vinegar, Cranberry vinegar and the last one is my own
concoction of EVOO and balsamic vinegar.
