Hopefully you'll smack some sense into Jill, if she isn't already plastered out of her skull.
You are up early... ;-)
The quesadillas are wonderful. Large shelled cocktail shrimp, flour tortillas, a slight squirt of soy sauce, salt free lemon pepper, a little parm/romano cheese and a generous sprinkling of Jack cheese.
Nuked.

Nuked? Surely dear, you mean naked? You can't make a good quesadilla in a microwave. An hot, dry iron skillet is perfect and just as fast. And if you haven't eaten shrimp naked, by all means give it a try. Be careful of the hot cheese though.

The Hamilton grill works better... but if you pre-toast the tortillas, the nuker will work ok. -- Peace, Om
