Well, sort of...
The chart shows most Konas using either 26.6 or 27.0, though it doesn't
mention your model specifically. It seems (from my sketchy knowledge
of Kona model names) that the later ones are mainly 27.0, the earlier
ones 26.6.

Does it look like 27.0 or 270?
That "crossed o" symbol normally indicates diameter, but 270mm would be
a common enough nominal length for a seatpost.

Unless someone knows for sure, it'd be safest to measure it directly
with a vernier or micrometer. The difference is too small to see on a
regular or similar. Any LBS should have one to hand...

270mm would be rather short for a seatpost on a Kona MTB (because of the
steeply sloping top tube), mine (from around 1995) was supplied with a
400mm/27.0mm post.

I'd put money on the OP's seatpost being 27.0mm diameter, but as you say
safest would be to measure it with vernier callipers or similar.

It's probably a 27.0 then, but if you want to be sure, take it to a bike
shop or borrow a micrometer to measure it.

I would /guess/ that represents 27.0mm. Try it with a micrometer or a
vernier calliper.
