yes. I was thinking joining a club or making my visits to manchester velodrome a regular occassion, But, i find that riding the bikes that i have been, i am unformiliar with. If you know what i mean.

you get on your own bike and its comfortable, you get on someone elses and it takes a while to get used to. but yes if 22" is 55cm then yes i should e ale to uild that up,

Davy on the track at manchester, how high does the BB have to be, plus will i be allowed to ride with scoop bars. Also will i have to take it with the wheels covered or will i be able to ride it there! are there any rules for taking your own bike on???

I was there the other week, Andrea is the coach who was looking after us, but unfortunately having money difficulties at the minute so have to skip a few, hope to comense riding the track again soon.

Don't want to really join a club, not unless its pretty close to me i'm in wigan. At the minute i'm just putting a 20mile training session every other night, plus 10 miles to and from work with longer rides on my days off.

better update that now hey! due to bad poxy british wether i'm spending more time on the rollers than on the roads, but hey soon be summer again, gotta give the wind credit, its quite exhilerating with a 40/70mph tailwind not to good to ride into as an headwind though, but hey what better training session, one legged intervals with a 40mph headwind mashing out the bigger gears; who needs strength training sessions when you have winds like that to contend with 😄 ..
