You owe me a monitor! ;-D

You actually are right, but they are horribly addicting and very
    damaging to your health.....

I know a 350 lb. woman that lost 40 lbs. in 6 weeks using Crystal Meth.
Totally killed her appetite, but she also lost her job as she was
subject to random drug screens and got caught.

The thought of my teeth quickly rotting out pretty much keeps me from
    going that way.

Yeah, no [censored].. nasty. However, I just took a vicodin and am feeling pretty
    good 🙂

  3. I agree, Saffire. Just drink strong coffee. I can go till near evening
without eating if I drink 3 cups of coffee.

Atkins tends to be a natural appetite suppressant, so it really isn't
necessary to take anything to speed things up. You don't say what
"slimming tablets" you have in mind. OTC supplements targeting weight
loss are generally considered to be either ineffective or dangerous
(often they are simply diuretics or laxatives). Prescription
medications may or may not help, but more than once some prescribed
medications for weight loss have been shown to cause major medical
problems, including DEATH (phen-fen & Meridia). Why risk it if you
    don't need to do so?

Maybe if I lived up north... and it was in the winter... maybe.

And you didn't mind long term eye and kidney damage. ;-)

    That hasn't been exactly proven.

    Mm, I don't know dear.
Every study I've ever read (along with it's MSDS sheet) points towards
    it being quite toxic.

The problem with DNP is that the toxic dose is only marginally higher
    than the therapeutic dose.

And the market for it isn't entirely legal. ;-)

Gray market drugs are almost as risky as black market drugs!

_I'm_ not going to touch the stuff!

Personally, I'm gearing up for a fat fast all next week.
Going to GNC tomorrow for the Isopure.

Tell me JC, for fat fasting, is oil better than heavy cream and if so,
why? I read the carton of heavy whipping cream and there is less than 1
    gram of carbs per serving.

    Cheers!

    Because I said so.

I _hate_ walnuts and have recently lost my taste for macadamias as I've

What about pecans, cashews, almonds or brazil nuts?

Cashews are way too carby. The others are borderline, but possible
candidates. The reason they are better than oil is because of the fiber
    issue.

I thought you said you get your fiber from almonds when you're

Is the subject here general low carbing, or fat fasting?
