Well yesterday I was totally out of control. I ate a ton of
food (okay maybe not that much). Well anyway today I woke up
determined to stay on program today and not let yesterday
get the better of me. So far it is working, while I ate my
last 4 points for dinner (chicken breast, green beans and
salsa) I have some sugar free Jell-O and zero point soup in
case I get hungry before I go to bed. Luckily I have to be
at work at 600 am so I will be going to bed early. Hopefully
today is the break through I need since I did think about
doing what I usually do and not trying to stay on plan for
the rest of the week but so far have not done that. Kristine

Congratulations Kristine! Sometimes you need to make your
own inspiration, and find victories wherever you can.
Remember success really is just one big series of small
victories.Amberle3

You are learning to take each day as it comes, and start
again each time you fall off the wagon. That's a BIIIIG NSV
to me! Well done!Kristine Quilici said:
