Yeah, but we're making true southern *Minnesota* barbecue! We use lump.
<EG> Seriously, we don't have enough good smoking wood to do it TFM's way,
so we have to supplement what we have with charcoal. I doubt that the
flavor of the meat would be enhanced by the use of box elder wood. 🙁
