I just brought a pair of crescent moon running snowshoes. I live in new england. Does anyone know
where I can find a list of snowshoe races? I went out today twice for a half hour each time great
fun. We're having a snowstorm now. later, Scott

probably more, but it would be more efficient for you to plug in your location also.Enjoy! 🙂 🙂
I met my match last week - I was almost up to my knees with either snowshoes or xc skis when on
untracked trails 🙂 🙂 (about 2ft of snow fell) It was absolutely gorgeous! At least with skis, I
could go submarine style. I alternated days. And it was that nice dry, crisp snow we get when temps
are near 0F. Just about everyone in southcentral Alaska has had big grins for the last couple weeks
- pleasant contrast with last year's warm, rainy winter.Dot

is/was good for NE snow shoe races. Look at the ones listed from last year.--

Plus, perhaps a coincidence, but they seem to be selling Crescent Moon Snowshoes at 25% off

thank you, Doug, dot and jennifer. Those are some real good sites. I'm hoping for a real snowy year.
I went running in my snowshoes for 1hour and 20 minutes and i haven't had a workout like that in a
long time. The snow has over my knees most of the way. I lot harder than running road races or trail
races. It should help my leg strength for next year. Thanks, Scott D. CMS
